Our Minister

A message from our minister, Christopher

St Luke’s is a local church attended by locals. We are the small church 'in the bush' that aims to do its best to serve its community in matters of faith. At St Luke's church, We aim to glorify God as we grow in our commitment to the person, the work, and the people of Jesus Christ. My name is Christopher Pears, and it’s my privilege to be the minister at St. Luke’s Hornsby Heights. I’m married to Karen, and our children are Grace, Timothy and Benjamin. It’s my role to provide leadership for our parish across our key ministry areas. But this is certainly not a one man show. It’s great to see so many people keen to contribute towards the ministry of our church in lots of different ways. An important part of what we’re on about at St. Luke’s is to take time with people.
